CATERING AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT
 
This agreement is made on this day ____________________ between PARTIES ‘R US
                                                               (Today’s Date)
 
CATERING and ________________________. whereas the customer desires to
                                                     (Customer)

retain PARTIES ‘R US to perform the following services as set forth in this agreement

for the event of ________________________________________ on the day of

__________________________________ at the location of _______________________.

Whereas, PARTIES ‘R US will provide the catering service of preparing and serving the menu selected for the amount of guests that are expected to attend the event given to PARTIES ‘R US by the customer. The customer has 7 days prior to the event to verbally report guest count. If the guest attendance is lower than expected by the customer, said customer is to still pay for the “expected” number of guests. In the case of leftovers, all leftovers will be left behind at the end of the PARTIES ‘R US food service, which at that time PARTIES ‘R US is no longer responsible.

_____________________________ agrees to send a deposit of $500.00.

At the time PARTIES ‘R US receives the deposit, the customers date of the event requested is then secured.  A receipt of deposit will be mailed back to you.

_____________________________ will pay the final balance on the day or with-in five
                         (Customer)

mailing days of the event. Promptness on the event serve time is critical. If serve time is delayed for 30 minutes or more, there will be a charge of $100.00 for every 30 minutes thereafter. The deposit will be considered refundable if the above mentioned event is canceled and not held. It is not refundable if the customer cancels with PARTIES ‘R US and hires a different caterer through no fault of PARTIES ‘ R US.

We agree to all listed above.
